The platform
The TMRW Broker Exchange Portal — what it actually does.
Year-round enrollment for employees. Real-time commission dashboard for brokers. No setup fee. Lives at brokerexchanges.com.
The short version
The TMRW Broker Exchange Portal at brokerexchanges.com is a turnkey benefits enrollment platform built for independent insurance brokers and their clients. Employees of broker-partner clients access a personalized portal to shop and enroll in major medical, ancillary, supplemental, and lifestyle products year-round, with pre-tax payroll deduction or direct bank transfer. Brokers see member activity, product purchases, and commission earnings in real time through a separate broker dashboard. The platform requires no setup fee for partner brokers and operates on standard carrier commission economics.

Honest scope
What the platform doesn't do.
- —No 401(k) or retirement integration. Separate domain.
- —No payroll system integration. Payroll deduction setup is configured by the employer with their payroll provider.
- —No HRIS integration. Census management is via portal upload, not HRIS sync.
- —No native mobile app. Portal is mobile-responsive web only.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is the platform compatible with my AMS?
The portal is a standalone web application accessed at brokerexchanges.com. It exports activity reports for upload to AgencyBloc, Applied Epic, and other major AMS systems. Direct AMS integrations are on the roadmap. For most brokers, weekly export then AMS upload is sufficient.
Can I offer the platform to existing clients?
Yes. The platform is designed for both new client acquisition and existing book deepening. For existing clients, the portal adds enrollment infrastructure, year-round product shopping, and ancillary upsell paths without replacing your core medical placement. Many brokers use it to extend client value without taking on admin work.
What's the year-round enrollment advantage for my clients?
Most ancillary, supplemental, and lifestyle products on the platform allow year-round enrollment, not just open enrollment. Employees can buy or upgrade coverage when life events occur — new baby, mortgage, parent care need — instead of waiting for the next OEP. Penetration and engagement climb meaningfully over a 6-12 month window.
Does TMRW provide marketing support?
Yes. TMRW handles client and member-level marketing through automated email, SMS, social, and newsletter campaigns. Brokers don't build their own employee education infrastructure — the portal includes turnkey communication that drives engagement and enrollment. Brokers can opt out of any specific campaign for specific clients, or white-label outbound on request.
